Counselling Consultations
Your journey begins at your initial consultation. This is a time for you to feel heard, valued and supported whilst sharing your reasons for accessing counselling. We explore what you would like to achieve throughout your counselling journey and begin building the foundations for a safe and effective process of healing and self-discovery. All services are 100% NDIS Claimable for NDIS Participants and their parents/carers.

COTHÚ Parent Program
This parent program is a gift to parents of newly identified Autistic children and teens and essential to ensuring a healthy, happy Autistic child.

This is a valuable opportunity to learn directly from Autistic people: COTHÚ (pronounced ka-hoo), Irish for nurture, is a unique neurodiversity-affirming parent training program designed by award-winning trainers who are Autistic themselves.
